Celebrating a Significant Milestone
The recent team retreat at Tan Lap Floating Village in Long An was more than just a casual outing for the AXA Engineers team, it was a special occasion to celebrate our recognition as one of the Best Workplaces in Vietnam™ 2025 (Small Category), as awarded by Great Place to Work®. This marked an important milestone in AXA’s journey of growth, reflecting the consistent efforts of our entire team in building a trustworthy, sustainable, and inspiring workplace environment.
Set amidst the peaceful nature of Tan Lap’s cajeput forest, the trip gave team members a chance to share joyful moments, reflect on the progress made, and recharge for the challenges and goals ahead.
Strengthening Partnership – Honoring a Special Relationship
What made this trip even more meaningful was the fact that it was a thoughtful gift from Keltic Engineering, our long-standing partner who has always shown trust and genuine support for AXA Engineers. Beyond being a well-deserved break after a period of intense work, this getaway allowed the entire team to refresh, reconnect, and strengthen bonds in a space away from daily responsibilities.
Keltic’s care for AXA is reflected not only through our collaborative technical projects but also through meaningful gestures that support the development of our work culture and team well-being. This trip stands as a testament to the strong, respectful, and enduring partnership between the two companies built not just on results, but on mutual understanding and shared values.
We sincerely thank Keltic Engineering for this memorable and thoughtful gift. It will always be remembered as a meaningful part of our collective journey.

When Colleagues Feel Like Family
At AXA Engineers, each individual brings a unique personality, story, and set of values. That’s why team-building experiences like this trip play a vital role in shaping our company culture, one where coworkers are more than colleagues; they are companions and family members on a shared path.
Away from meetings and technical drawings, this trip was a chance for everyone to enjoy nature together, share meals, engage in lighthearted conversations, and participate in team games. These are the moments when we put aside our daily tasks to truly listen and better understand one another.
Values such as mutual respect, connection, and collective growth, core to AXA’s culture, were clearly reflected throughout the journey. We believe that shared experiences like these are what strengthen our team spirit, building a united and resilient workforce ready for the road ahead.
Looking Ahead to the Next Chapter
The KELTIC–AXA Trip 2025 has come to an end, but the values and memories it brought will stay with us for a long time. More than just a company trip, it was a reminder of the core values we strive to nurture every day: trust, collaboration, and the will to grow together.
We extend our deepest thanks to Keltic Engineering for continuing to stand beside AXA Engineers, not only in business but also in moments of celebration and connection like this. We also thank each and every AXA team member for their unwavering contributions, openness, and dedication to building a strong and meaningful collective.
Looking ahead, AXA will continue to initiate more meaningful activities, not only to celebrate success but also to strengthen the relationships and shared foundations that will carry us forward into a sustainable and fulfilling future.
