4.2 License Grant: Subject to these Terms, AXA Engineers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services during the term of the contract, solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights to the user beyond what is stipulated in the contract.

4.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or transmit any of the material related to AXA Engineers’ proprietary methodologies and tools, except as expressly permitted through written agreement or as specified in the terms of engagement.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees: Fees for our design, drafting, and any additional services will be provided during the service agreement process. You agree to pay all fees according to the payment terms presented to you.

5.2 Billing Information: AXA Engineers will provide detailed billing information in the contract and invoices provided to you for payment. This ensures transparency and clarity in the financial aspects of our service agreements.

6. Compliance with Laws

AXA Engineers는 베트남, 파트너 국가 및 국제법의 모든 관련 법률 및 규정을 준수하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 여기에는 데이터 보호, 지적 재산권 및 직업 윤리에 대한 표준 유지가 포함됩니다.

7. Limitation of Liability

AXA 엔지니어는 다음으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 우발적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해 또는 이익 또는 수익 손실, 데이터, 사용, 영업권 또는 기타 무형 손실에 대해 직간접적으로 발생한 것에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

• 서비스에 대한 귀하의 액세스 또는 사용 또는 액세스 또는 사용 불능.
• 귀하의 전송 또는 콘텐츠에 대한 무단 액세스, 사용 또는 변경.

8. Indemnification

귀하는 귀하의 본 약관 위반 또는 서비스 사용으로 인해 또는 이와 관련하여 발생하는 합리적인 변호사 수임료를 포함한 모든 청구, 손실, 책임, 경비, 손해 및 비용에 대해 AXA 엔지니어, 그 계열사 및 해당 임원, 이사, 직원, 대리인, 라이선스 제공자 및 공급업체를 면책, 방어 및 면책하는 데 동의합니다.

본 약관 및 이와 관련된 모든 분쟁은 법률 원칙의 충돌에 관계없이 베트남 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다.

10. Changes to Terms

AXA Engineers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will take effect immediately upon posting and will apply to all access and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Termination

AXA 엔지니어는 본 약관을 위반하거나 다른 사용자, 당사, 비즈니스 파트너 또는 기타 제3자의 이익에 해롭다고 판단되는 행위에 대해 통지 없이 단독 재량에 따라 귀하의 계정 및 서비스 액세스를 종료하거나 일시 중지할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다.
