Which health activity is the most suitable and convenient for someone who has a busy work schedule like AXA’s members and needs to balance many different elements of life? Jogging is the answer we want to give.

In fact, we, as officer workers, must currently sit in front of computers for a long time in a day, which means we easily tend to have a sedentary lifestyle. This results in detrimental impacts on our health, such as weight gain, backache, some health issues related to the heart, and so on. We must have appropriate and effective ways to improve health as well as build a positive and healthy lifestyle to create such wonderful energy and, more importantly, prolong the lifespan.

Running is a terrific way to enhance general health, reduce stress, improve mental state, and experience many other excellent benefits. On the streets close to your home, in the park, etc., it may be done easily and anywhere. After a while, just continue your daily routine of jogging for 5 to 10 minutes. An Upcoming Wonderful Campaign

Jogging

To strengthen the enthusiasm for physical fitness and sports among all AXA members, AXA will organize a campaign to recognize and further foster everyone’s sense of participation.

Marathon

With the hope of encouraging AXA members’ sports spirit and exercise, AXA will gather results from whose have raced 21 kilometers or more at least once through the STRAVA to sign them up for an annual marathon outside of Ho Chi Minh City. Travel, lodging, and sightseeing costs will all be covered by AXA for our members.

Meaningful Campaign

More interestingly, AXA can start a campaign to raise funds, which partly contributes to spreading wonderful value for our community. We will calculate our members’ total number of kilometers when they sign up for this campaign based on their daily running results and transform it into money for charity. Thus, each kilometer our members run will contribute to making the community better while also helping to improve our health.
