At AXA Engineers, we not only provide opportunities for our members but also aim to support students who are future engineers. That’s why we recently launched an internship program to help students take the first steps in their careers and better understand their field in a real working environment.
Through this internship program, AXA hopes to support students in enhancing their skills as well as providing opportunities to apply their academic knowledge in practice. Additionally, we strive to create a welcoming, favorable environment and engaging activities to ensure students have a memorable experience during their internship at AXA.
Importantly, we believe that our interns are more than just temporary team members, they are the future of our industry. Amaya, Tristin, and Vasco have proven this belief true through their incredible dedication and passion. From the very start, they embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, quickly becoming integral parts of our team.
Throughout their internships, they approached every opportunity with curiosity and enthusiasm, supporting our projects whenever needed. Their adaptability, eagerness to learn, and positive attitudes have not only allowed them to gain invaluable experience but have also reflected the core values of unity, professionalism, and dedication that define AXA Engineers.
Meet Amaya Nguyen – Engineer Intern
Amaya is a senior at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education.

From the very first day of my internship, I was impressed because even though we were just interns, the company provided us with excellent workstations right next to our mentors. Moreover, the work environment here is amazing, everyone is so cheerful and energetic. Despite any challenges during work and learning, I never felt pressured because everyone was so supportive. Even though I’ve only been with the company for a short time, I’ve already had the chance to participate in many activities organized by AXA.”
