Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much
AXA’d like to share with you that this year is considered a successful one for AXA Engineers because we have had a load of interesting activities, historic milestones, and events. These make an important contribution to making the AXA picture more colorful.
Periods of personnel additions throughout the past year have partly proven that our efforts have gradually guided us to be on the right path to carry out our mission and especially our vision, which is to become the top global provider of civil engineer design services, delivering exceptional value to both clients and Vietnamese engineers by 2023.
Besides being full of happiness and wonderful memories from the aforementioned events and activities, we were doubly happy to welcome new members of the AXA family at the close of this year.
It is important that, on the way to prove the abilities and knowledge of Vietnamese engineers, we are not only always full of youthful energy and enthusiasm, but we also always stand side by side with our teammates and support each other wholeheartedly in expanding our horizons to become a better version of ourselves every single day.
A New Chapter
If you don’t know, every time a member officially joins AXA, we will have a congratulatory meeting called a welcome meeting. This celebration can be considered a memorable milestone for our members.
Not only is this an occasion for AXA and our members to congratulate new members, but we also hope that this will mark a turning point for a new chapter in our members’ career paths, with the hope that we will work together to move forward to achieve our goals and plans.

It can be said that this welcome meeting is more special than the previous ones because AXA brought the welcome meeting to Nha Trang. The recent team-building trip was an opportunity for us to gather together, so it was even more meaningful when AXA could organize this meeting with all members to welcome our new members here.
Our New Members – Quarter 4/2023
James Tran
James is the next member of Office 2. It can be said that this year is a remarkable one for all of the office’s members because they constantly welcome new talented members to join Office 2. James always makes every effort to absorb as much new knowledge as possible and practice using it more smoothly. Though he isn’t talkative, he tries his best to get to know other members and become more familiar with the new environment.
Cris Ha
Cris is the next boy in the AXA family, and he also currently works at Office 2. It is true that he is a good-natured person and a sports lover. Interestingly, he is extremely eager to attend AXA’s sports clubs, especially football activities. Besides that, he also puts in a lot of effort and is willing to support the other team members in implementing tasks.
Lellta Nguyen
There is no greater happiness than having a great chance to meet and be side by side with teammates to make efforts toward our goals and achieve more success. Lellta is the next member of the AXA family who has been with AXA to try our best for our mission and vision. He is also working at Office 2 as a civil engineer. Like other members, he’s extremely diligent about expanding his horizons.
Delta Le
Delta is the newest member of Office 2. At the beginning of attending the common family, AXA Engineers, he tries his best to become more familiar with a new environment as quickly as possible. On top of that, we extremely appreciate his ability to absorb new knowledge and his diligence to improve his skills every single day.
Thank you, guys, very much for everything you do and your efforts. Hopefully, we can go further to achieve more in the next period.
A Colorful Picture
In the joyful atmosphere that day, there was a bit of emotion mixed in when our new members’ thoughts, feelings, and shares were expressed, along with their energy and desire to be able to work together with AXA to reach new heights as well as add brilliance to our youth. AXA extremely respects every member’s love and shares about AXA.
Thank you, AXA members, for contributing to our having such meaningful and emotional welcome meetings. Thank you for the blessings that allowed us to meet each other and create a colorful picture of youth together.
AXA will make even more efforts with our members so that we can prove the capabilities of Vietnamese engineers in the international market, and at the same time, AXA can step forward more and more firmly to bring favorable development conditions and the best for all members.
